Yes, I have not posted since December, I can’t believe it! I was thinking about what was holding me back and yes I’m busy with family and work but it really came down to taking pictures of the food I make. It’s not an easy thing trying to make your food look as good as it tastes, especially when it comes to lighting. I take photos of the food we are actually eating that moment and it’s usually dinner so with daylight saving it is so much easier! Maybe for my birthday I’ll ask for an artificial light set up so my winter pictures will be much more enjoyable to take. It feels good to be back doing what I enjoy. (more…)

I scoured the web looking for the perfect recipe and decided that since I’ve never made a Peanut Butter cookie and I love Chocolate I’ll combine the two and call it a day. (more…)

Eggplant Parmesan is a favorite but, it’s kind of a pain in the neck to make. All that frying is soo messy and really not so good for your heart or your waistline. Enter in this delicious and easy lightened up version. (more…)
